Devon Patrons Visit

Holsworthy Bowling Club Host Devon County Patrons 2 August 2022   24 Members from the Devon County Patrons visited Holsworthy Bowls Club recently. Six games of 18 ends took place on six rinks. After nine ends there was a break for a splendid afternoon tea.  The result was a close thing with Holsworthy proving victorious with a narrow win. Devon Section 1 Burma Star Mixed Triples Final Played at Barnstaple Bowling Club 24 July Congratulations to our very own Champions On Sunday 24 July Sylvia Langford, Dave Webb and Mike Down won the above final. They beat Susan George, Chris Payne and Tony Darcy from Rock Park 16-11. The Holsworthy Mixed Triples Team will travel next to Plymouth Sir Francis Drake which is section 7.
