Give Bowls a Try at Holsworthy Bowling Club.
Bowls is a social game and Holsworthy is a friendly club. Situated in Stanhope Park our greens are admired by many who walk past. It does not take long to learn the fundamentals of the game and like anything else improvement comes with practice. The new season is about to start and we have a number of opportunities for you to Give Bowls a Try.
- Big Bowls Saturday 2pm 28 May. This is part of the National Big Bowls initiative.
- Jubilee Saturday 2pm 4 June.
- Wednesdays at 2pm from 27 April onwards.
We can loan you the woods to play with, you just need to bring a pair of flat soled shoes i.e. trainers to wear on the green. Help and advice will be available.
